High Tensile Fence Supplies for Long-Run Perimeters

KUNYU FENCING supplies fixed-knot woven wire, high tensile barbed wire and steel T posts for importers, distributors and planned farm projects. Compare the listed models below, then confirm wire grade, dimensions, coating or post finish, quantities and packing for each item. A high tensile wire specification does not establish the post spacing or load capacity of a complete fence. Use an approved installation layout to select line posts, end and corner assemblies, fixings and tools. Mixed-container supply is reviewed against the full order and its measured packing data.

High Tensile Fence Supplies Range

6 products available for bulk order. Every item is quoted factory-direct against your specification, quantity and destination port.

Send the fence type, height, wire count, stay spacing, gauge, roll length, coating, total quantity, packing preference and destination port. For project orders send the total fence run length instead and it will be converted into rolls, posts and wire.

High Tensile Fence Supplies by Product Family

Each high tensile family solves a different part of the same perimeter. Confirm the design number, height, gauge and coating before quoting.

For a project, include run lengths, corners, gates and the approved installation layout. Use the installation order checklist before confirming quantities, and the loading checklist before agreeing a mixed shipment.

Why Buyers Move to High Tensile

The case for high tensile fence supplies is usually made on installed cost per mile rather than on the fence specification alone.

Post layout and quantity

For one standalone straight mile, 20 ft spacing gives 264 spans and 265 support positions; 10 ft gives 528 spans and 529 positions. These are arithmetic examples, not recommended spacing. Separate line T posts from braced end, corner and gate assemblies.

Packed weight and freight

Compare measured roll and package weights for the same fence specification. Wire diameter, grade, mesh and coating all affect the comparison. Container loading depends on both usable space and shipment weight limits.

Wire grade and tension

Specify the wire tensile requirement separately from the fence construction. Obtain the selected model's installation instructions; allowable tension, recovery after impact and maintenance needs cannot be inferred from the words high tensile alone.

Knot construction

A fixed knot secures the horizontal line wire to the continuous vertical stay. Compare the knot, openings and wire specification against the intended use; the knot name alone is not a finished-fence load rating.

Roll length and joints

Listed 330 ft rolls and 1320 ft coils provide a starting point for a material schedule. Count joins, end wraps, gates and allowances from the actual fence runs rather than from roll length alone.

Coating requirements

State the coating material, applicable standard, class or coating mass for the ordered wire diameter. Confirm availability and inspection evidence for that model. Fence wire coatings and steel-post finishes are separate specifications.

High Tensile Fence Supply FAQ

Specification, spacing and quantity answers for buyers sourcing hi tensile fence supplies in bulk.

What high-tensile fencing materials can I source together for a bulk order?

KUNYU can review a mixed order of fixed-knot woven wire rolls, high tensile barbed wire and steel T posts. List clips and other fixings separately and confirm their compatibility and availability. End, corner and gate assemblies, tensioning tools and electric-fence components are not automatically included. The minimum order is one 20ft container (1 × 20GP). Final SKU quantities, packing and shipment timing depend on the approved specification and complete order. Use the bulk supply scope table to prepare the enquiry.

What does high tensile mean on a fence wire?

High tensile refers to the wire tensile-strength specification. Ask for the required value, units, wire diameter and applicable test or material specification. It does not by itself establish the finished fence load rating, allowable post spacing or installation tension. Compare the complete wire, knot and support system for the intended use.

How far apart can posts go on a high tensile fence?

Final spacing depends on the specified fence, terrain, livestock pressure and end, corner and gate assemblies. For a standalone straight mile, 20 ft spacing gives 264 spans and 265 support positions including endpoints; 10 ft gives 528 spans and 529 positions. These are calculations for the stated spacing, not installation recommendations or the quantity of T posts alone. Use the installation order checklist before confirming a package.

Is fixed knot fence the same as high tensile fence?

No. Fixed knot describes the joint construction; high tensile describes the wire specification. KUNYU lists high tensile fixed-knot models, and high tensile wire can also be specified for other knot types. Confirm wire grade, dimensions, coating and installation requirements for the chosen model.

What heights are available in high tensile fixed knot fence?

Published imperial fixed-knot models include 42, 48, 49, 61 and 96 in heights with 6 in stay spacing and 330 ft rolls. A design such as 1348-6-330 identifies 13 horizontal line wires, 48 in height, 6 in stay spacing and 330 ft roll length; it does not define every wire or coating value. Compare the fixed-knot range and the separate metric layouts before ordering.

How many high tensile fence rolls fit in a container?

Container quantity is confirmed for the selected model, wire, roll length and packing. General roll-count ranges are planning illustrations, not measured loading data for every model. Request net/gross weight, roll or pallet dimensions and a loading arrangement that meets the shipment weight and space limits. For mixed products, allocate both limits to the full load. Use the model-specific loading checklist with your quotation.

Do high tensile fences need different posts?

Select posts and bracing for the approved fence design, including the wire tension and site conditions. Steel T posts can serve as line posts where specified; end, corner and gate positions need their own support details. Total post length must allow for the above-ground fence and approved embedment. A 10 ft post or a high tensile label does not by itself establish suitable spacing.

What is the minimum order and lead time?

KUNYU FENCING's minimum order is one 20ft container (1 × 20GP). The roll or post quantity depends on the selected specifications and packing. Different models or products can be submitted for mixed-container review; the allocation, compatibility and loading plan must be agreed in the quotation. Production lead time is quoted after specifications, packing and the production schedule are reviewed; ocean transit and final delivery are separate.

Which coating should be specified for high tensile fence?

State the coating material and the applicable standard, class or minimum coating mass for the ordered wire diameter and exposure. Confirm galvanized or zinc-aluminium options for the selected model, and request relevant inspection evidence. A coating name alone does not establish service life. Specify the finish for steel T posts separately from the fence wire coating.
