Roll weight, export packing and container planning
Estimated net mesh weight (kg) = roll height (m) × roll length (m) × mesh weight (g/m²) ÷ 1,000, using g/m² measured over the full projected area. For example, 1.2 × 50 m at 200 g/m² calculates to 12 kg before the core, wrapping and pallet.
- Confirm actual net and gross roll weight, packed width and outside diameter.
- Agree loose-roll or pallet loading, stacking limits and unloading method.
- Request a loading plan based on both physical fit and container payload.

Applications & Selection
Construction site demarcation
Mark the boundary of a work area and distinguish it from adjacent pedestrian space.
Landscaping & garden work
Delineate planting areas, lawn repairs and temporary landscape works.
Events & maintenance zones
Mark temporary event boundaries or areas closed for routine maintenance.
For visual delineation; use a separate approved system where impact resistance, fall protection or security is required.
Buyer Questions
Which standard safety fence opening should I order?
Choose the opening and areal weight together. The standard range includes 100 × 40, 45 × 45, 65 × 35, 100 × 70 and 100 × 26 mm patterns. Send a sample photograph or drawing when matching an existing product.
What information is needed for a wholesale quotation?
Send the mesh pattern and opening, fence height, roll length, g/m², colour, roll quantity, packing preference and destination port. Include any test, label or inspection requirement.
What are the MOQ and production lead time?
KUNYU FENCING has a minimum order of one 20ft container (1×20GP). The mix of specifications and quantities within that container, production lead time and packing are agreed in the quotation. Send your required delivery window and destination port; listed options do not mean every combination is held in stock.
Can you supply OEM labels and different colours?
Yes. KUNYU FENCING supplies orange, green, blue and black mesh, with OEM roll labels, barcodes and export-packing options. Select the mesh pattern, g/m², height and roll length, then send your artwork and required dimensions. Custom combinations and packing are confirmed against the order; the minimum order is one 20ft container (1×20GP).
How many rolls fit in a container?
The quantity depends on packed roll diameter, roll width, pallet dimensions, stacking method, gross weight and container limits. Review the packing checklist and request a model-specific loading plan.
Can safety mesh be used as structural construction fencing?
Plastic safety mesh is a visual warning and delineation product. Do not specify it as fall protection, an impact barrier or a security fence. State the site requirement so the appropriate fence system can be selected.
Can the mesh and steel posts be ordered together?
Submit the selected mesh and steel T post specifications for a combined quotation. Fixings, post spacing, packing protection and mixed-container compatibility need review.
Can orange barrier fencing be reused for different projects?
It can be reused when the mesh and fixings remain suitable for the next job. Before reuse, check for split strands, torn openings, brittle material and damage around fixing points. Remove damaged sections, clean and dry the roll, and store it away from sharp edges and unnecessary sunlight. The number of reuse cycles depends on exposure and handling; it is not a fixed product guarantee.
How do I install orange plastic fencing safely?
Mark the agreed boundary, check the ground for underground services before placing posts, and use supports and fixings suitable for the selected mesh and site. Unroll the mesh progressively, secure it without cutting or overstretching the strands, and inspect the line after installation and adverse weather. Post spacing, embedment and fixing details follow the site plan; mesh is for visual delineation, not fall protection or impact restraint.
