Choose Your Hinge Joint Fence Configuration
1. Knot and application
Vertical stay wires wrap around the horizontal line wires to form the hinge joint. Compare the complete opening schedule as well as the overall fence height.
2. Height and openings
Compare line-wire count, vertical opening schedule and horizontal stay spacing. Different opening patterns can share the same overall height.
3. Wire and supply details
Specify wire diameters, tensile requirement, coating, roll length, quantity and destination. Ask for the packing and inspection details needed for your market.
Wholesale Ordering Questions
Does one height mean one product specification?
No. A height can have several line-wire counts and opening schedules. Use the metric selector to identify a layout, then specify stay spacing, wire, coating and roll length.
Are metric and imperial models interchangeable?
They are separate order specifications. For example, 6 in is 152.4 mm and 330 ft is 100.584 m. Confirm the dimensions and tolerance rather than replacing them with 150 mm and 100 m.
What should I include in a wholesale RFQ?
Send the model or layout reference, mesh dimensions, wire grade and diameters, coating, roll length and quantity. Add packing, labeling, inspection requirements and your destination port. MOQ, loading and lead time are confirmed for the complete order.
