What is the difference between fixed knot fence and hinge joint fence?
A fixed knot fence uses a separate knot to lock the vertical stay to the line wire. This helps the mesh hold its shape under animal pressure. It suits cattle, deer and game fencing. A hinge joint fence wraps the vertical stay around the line wire. The joint can flex under pressure and is a lower-cost choice for fields, pastures and sheep. KUNYU FENCING makes both types with high tensile galvanized steel wire.
What fence heights and roll lengths does KUNYU FENCING manufacture?
Fixed knot fence comes in heights such as 42, 48, 49, 60 and 96 inches, with 330 ft rolls. Hinge joint options include 26, 32, 39 and 47 inches, also in 330 ft rolls. A common S-knot horse fence is 60 in high with a 2 x 4 in opening and a 200 ft roll. Ask us about custom heights, wire counts and roll lengths. Availability depends on order quantity.
What wire gauge and zinc coating are used on KUNYU FENCING farm fencing?
Woven wire fence is produced in 12.5 gauge and 14 gauge high tensile steel wire. Surface options include Class 3 galvanized, heavy zinc coating, Zn-Al (zinc-aluminum alloy) coating and PVC or colour coating. The specified zinc coating level can be adjusted to the target market and expected service life.
What steel T posts does KUNYU FENCING supply and what is the minimum order?
Steel T posts are supplied in published 5, 6, 7 and 8 ft models, with selected 10 ft and special-order options. KUNYU T posts are made from rail steel (railway steel) with a studded T-shaped profile and an anchor plate. Confirm the required weight grade, finish and packing in the quotation. The minimum order is one 20ft container (1 × 20GP). Finishes, production lead time and mixed-SKU allocation are confirmed by model, weight grade, coating and packing.
Can fence rolls, barbed wire and T posts be loaded in one container?
Yes. Mixed container loading is available for farm fence rolls, barbed wire coils, steel T posts and related accessories. The loading plan depends on product weights, roll sizes and packing. We confirm the plan before production. Buyers can combine several fencing items in one 20 ft or 40 ft container.
What information is required for an accurate farm fencing quotation?
Tell us the fence type: fixed knot, hinge joint, S-knot, barbed wire or T post. For fence rolls, include height, line wire count, stay spacing, wire gauge, roll length and coating. Add your quantity, packing needs and destination port. These details help us quote the product and plan container loading.

FOB and CIF terms are available, along with other Incoterms on request. FCL and mixed-container supply can be reviewed with a minimum order of one 20ft container (1 × 20GP), subject to product allocation and destination requirements, with payment by T/T.
